All information collected by Nomadic Expo at the time of your registration for our newsletter, enquiry, submission or collaboration will remain private and will only be used to provide you with the service you have requested.

We may use your email address to contact you regarding your order, following a request from you, whether it is added to a mailing list or to send you the details of our promotions. Under no circumstances will Nomadic Expo share your information with anyone without your written consent. If you wish to have your data deleted from our database, please do so.

Your payment information is never stored or saved. Only the credit card processing or debit payment company uses and processes your payment information. Nomadic Expo never has access to this information and absolutely cannot use it for anything other than the transaction for which you provided it.  In cases where your order has been placed by phone, your information is not stored in our database, unless you have provided us with a signed pre-authorization form for payments that must be collected at later dates, or for recurring orders.
